3FatChicks on a diet! – Support for diet and weight loss

They say cellulite is 70% diet and lifestyle related and only 30% genetic. The good news: you can eliminate your cellulite with exercise, or at least minimize its appearance. It’s time to try the following exercise programs to get rid of your cellulite:

Plyometrics

Plyometrics is one of the best types of exercise you can do, hands down. It’s an amazing cardio routine, and it shreds your leg muscles.

It’s a classic leg workout, but it incorporates jumping moves. For example, do a standard squat, but when you come back, jump high in the air. You get explosive power in your muscles, which must tense both going down and going up. You will find that it is very easy to burn fat with plyo workouts, and you’ll get your hard, lean legs in no time.

Farm Style Exercise Videos

The Firm is one of those classic exercise videos that’s been around for decades, but it’s still one of the best. The workouts focus on aerobics (your lungs and heart), but they also target your legs and core (where most of your cellulite hangs out). Basically, you want to mix cardio work with hardcore muscle work, and you’ll find the cabinet and other similar videos to be surprisingly effective in getting rid of your cellulite.

strength training

The best way to get rid of cellulite is to burn the fat that has accumulated under your skin. The best way to do this is to build muscle instead. Strength training in the gym is one of the easiest types of exercise you can do, but it’s also one of the best. You can work every muscle in your body, burning fat all over your body. End your training with a good cardio session and you can burn a lot of fat and calories in an hour. It’s hard to push yourself properly without a good trainer, but working out with a pro will help you achieve your goals and get rid of all that cellulite!

To go upstairs

You see it all the time in movies and TV shows, especially when it shows athletes training. They run up and down the steps of their local gymnasium or stadium, sweating and panting hard. The reason this exercise is so good for your cellulite is that it is both a grueling leg workout and a good cardio session. Even if you’re jogging up the stairs, you’re sure to feel it in no time. Climbing stairs is great for your thighs, hamstrings, and glutes, and the cardio side of the workout will target excess fat. Get off the StairMaster and start climbing the stairs for amazing cellulite results.

Martial Arts

Think of all the kicks and jumps you do as a martial artist, and you can see the benefits of this type of exercise. Although there won’t be as much focus on your legs, the fact that you’re still moving, lifting your legs and training your core means you’ll develop excellent strength and endurance.

Martial arts isn’t as good a workout as the others listed above, but it’s a fun alternative for those who want to get in shape and burn cellulite in a fun way.

Escalation

Think hill sprints, mountain walking, rock climbing, hiking, or anything that involves a lot of uphill walking. as you walk to the top, the main focus is on your thighs, glutes and the back of your legs. You will find that rock climbing is great for your body and can get rid of cellulite fast.
