consolidated revenue up 9% in 1Q 2022

The Alliances real estate group recorded a consolidated turnover of 471 million DH in the first quarter of 2022, up 9%. The activity carried out in Morocco represents 88% of the turnover volume, standing at 413 million, up 18% compared to the same period of 2021. As of March 31, 2022, the group has a order book with 7,382 units for a secure VIT of around 3.1 billion dirhams. Presales increased in units from 777 units in the first quarter of 2021 to 740 units in the first quarter of 2022. The total number of units in production stands at 5,179 units. The production of units received is 1,152 units against 472 units a year earlier, up 144%.
