Regional Council of Notaries of Rabat
Since August 2021, the Regional Council of Notaries of Rabat has embarked on a process of continuous improvement by setting up a quality management system (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015, thus attesting to its commitment to continuously improve the quality of services and performance. “This is a structuring approach, centered on the notary, with the objective of knowing the existing situation first and improving the organization and practices by involving all the actors in compliance with the objectives and values,” the council said in a statement.
At the end of a preparatory stage for obtaining certification, the Regional Council of Notaries of Rabat was audited according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. It was subsequently noted, the effectiveness of the Management System Quality that offers services allowing a better satisfaction of the expectations of notaries in the region of Rabat.
The certifying body then validated the certification of all CRNR services, namely:
- Reception of notaries;
- Control of notarial studies,
- Respect for ethics, and the settlement of disputes through mediation;
- The training of new notaries, practicing notaries and their collaborators;
- Communication to the public;
- The improvement of notarial practices and the development of new techniques for exercising the profession.
The objective of this certification, being to increase the quality of the services of the Council and to achieve the strategic objectives defined, to satisfy the needs of its clientele mainly composed of notaries.
As a reminder, the adoption of a quality management system helps organizations improve their overall performance and provides a solid basis for initiatives to ensure their sustainability.
