Morning, so we all know it’s important to eat a wide variety of foods. Recently I read that in addition to eating the rainbow, we should eat more than 20 plant-based foods per week.
So the challenge is simple, eat 20 plants each week.

Be aware, it’s not eating 20 plants, it’s eating 20 different plant-based foods, not as easy as you think.

You can list your own daily if you like, then copy-paste and update your list as you go. No need to copy someone else’s.
So the first week starts today 03/18/2023.
