Good morning!
I see there some of you have been eating healthy foods for years. I’m not that far on my way, but I’m really tired of thinking what to cook to not gain weight… I know it’s really important to eat a variety and I try to do it.
I just realized that all my thoughts revolve around what to cook today and it’s hard for me. I can’t even drink coffee with my favorite cream because it will influence my weight… So I had to find another one that was pretty good, but not the best…

So how do you handle choosing a meal? Do you have a special meal plan?
