What is the fastest way to get a passport?
For people who want to travel sooner and have their passports ready faster than typical processing times, an expedited process is available. The expedited process, which costs $60, can take five to seven weeks to process a passport.
You can request an expedited process by mail if it is a renewal and in person at a Passport Acceptance Center for new passports.
In the event of an emergency such as serious illness, injury or death in your immediate family, you can request an appointment at a passport agency if you need to travel within 72 hours (three working days).

How to renew a passport?
