Jennifer Aniston had to defend her curves after body shaming – at 53, she showed off a natural figure in a bikini

There’s no doubt that Jennifer Aniston is a natural person, in terms of her physical beauty, acting prowess, and personality. Still, this graceful and uncontroversial Hollywood maven hasn’t been spared critics whose recent comments about her bikini photos reek of body shaming.

Jennifer Aniston has remained strong in the game, relentless in her quest to entertain her audience. Over the years, the actress has gained recognition from fans, colleagues and some media houses, including men’s health.

In 2011, the magazine named the “Friends” star the top actress on its “100 Sexiest Women of All Time” list. They felt that she had remained “sexy, funny and unmistakably real” throughout her career.

Aniston was already 42 at the time, and although she was not plastic – she never went under the knife to achieve perfection, the evergreen actress has surpassed many Hollywood beauties, including Angelina Jolie and Mila Kunis.

Jolie, number ten on the list, married Aniston’s ex-lover Brad Pitt and they went on to have children. On the other hand, the “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” star was doing just fine with her then-fiancé Justin Theroux.

Asked about her preference for a man by men’s health magazine, the actress said, “the sexiest thing about a man — aside from abs — is if he can make me laugh, has compassion, kindness, and a precisely sized ego.”

Theroux must have exceeded his expectations as the couple became husband and wife about four years after the interview.

ANISTON AND THEROUX ENJOY PRIVATE TIME

Aniston and her hubby have gone strong since getting married in 2015, and they sure know how to keep the fire going.

In 2016, the duo scheduled a private trip to Eleuthera, Bahamas. There they visited Pink Sand Beach over the weekend.

The actress wore a comfy bikini, showing off a lot of her skin. Her clothes included a black swimsuit top paired with blue bottoms.

Theroux matched his wife’s summer energy with khaki shorts, a black cap and sunglasses. He strutted up and down the beach, flaunting his toned abs and tattoos.

The actor also remained close to his wife throughout their visit to the beach. He paddled their board through the water and was spotted applying sunscreen to Aniston’s back.

The couple also shared an adorable kiss as they retreated to the shade. A viewer confirmed that they were “very romantic physically” and “looked very happy together.”

After a long time in the water, the actress covered herself in a sky blue towel while her hubby put on another pair of shorts.

After their beach trip and vacation to the Bahamas, Aniston’s bikini photos went viral, and rumors swirled about the actress’ pregnancy as she covered up her bathing suit while taking a walk on the beach.

An eyewitness at the beach claimed she avoided drinking and smoking and was not seen touching her stomach. Intouch Magazine also published an article with the title “Jen is finally pregnant”.

ANISTON RESISTS CRITICISM AND DEFENDS WOMEN

Following rumours, HEY contacted Aniston and her husband for their comments, but they went unanswered.

The on-screen star called for a reform of cultural norms, adding that this aspect needed to be viewed differently. She also criticized the media for their role.

However, Aniston’s rep debunked the gossip. “What you see is that she just enjoyed a delicious, hearty lunch and feels safe on private property,” the rep said.

When the actress felt it was time to address the issue, she scripted a long essay defending her natural body and defending women in general.

Aniston claimed that she was offline during the rumors, but was fed up with the stories circulating. Indeed, the former “Friends” is not active on social networks.

She doesn’t have a Twitter or Instagram account, but she decided to share her side of the story via a Huffpost post. She began by clarifying that she was not pregnant. In his words:

“For the record, I’m not pregnant. What I’m sick of. I’m sick of the athletic scrutiny and body shaming that happens daily under the guise of ‘journalism’, ‘first amendment’ and ‘celebrity news.’”

Aniston confessed that she and her husband were severely harassed by photographers who aggressively sought to preserve photos of her at her home.

She didn’t stop there; the actress took on the system, women’s beauty standards and how they normalized some looks while discrediting others. According to her:

“I am an example of the lens through which we as a society see our mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, friends and colleagues. The objectification and scrutiny we subject women to is absurd and disturbing.”

The on-screen star called for a reform of cultural norms, adding that this aspect needed to be viewed differently. She also chastised the media for their role. She maintained:

“We use celebrity ‘news’ to perpetuate this dehumanizing view of women, focused solely on physical appearance, which the tabloids turn into a speculative sporting event.”

Fans agreed with the actress and gave her words of support. Curiously, her post has dragged on for years, as last year one of her fans took to Twitter to share a montage of Intouch’s front page, containing a pool of fake news about the actress. The Twitter User wrote:

“Jennifer Aniston deserves an apology.”

ANISTON IS PROUD OF HER NATURAL BODY AT 53

Aniston’s life just got more fulfilling at over 50! She is now a favorite on Instagram after joining the platform. The actress has over forty million followers and has blessed her fans with over a hundred posts.

These photos and videos highlight his hobbies with friends and family, interviews, photo shoots and promotional content.

Aniston’s posts show her confidence in her body, even at 53. She accepts all the changes that come with her age and is an inspiration to the younger generation.

The ‘Friends’ actress doesn’t go the extra mile to look glamorous or toned. She barely poses as a model in her photos. Instead, Aniston shares realistic images revealing the life of an ordinary woman.

The actress has confessed that the tabloids are to blame for the perfection that women struggle to achieve because it’s full of body-shaming or child-targeting women. Although it was a terrible situation, she added that it made her look for solutions. She revealed:

“Why are we teaching this to young women? It’s incredibly damaging. I finally said to myself, ‘This has got to stop.'”

Luckily, the world is blessed with women who still thrive in their original beauty without attacking what other women look like. Sometimes these women never wear capes. Instead, they prefer bikinis, like Aniston!
