I’ve been away from this site for a long time, but I remember loving reading this the last time I made a VLCD properly in January 2012 (wow how time flies! I can’t believe this was more than 10 years ago).
Anyway, since then I have continued to yo-yo diet with lots of plans followed and a small amount of weight lost before the inevitable gain. Some of the most memorable attempts include
-Jan 2012 = 2 stones on the Cambridge diet
-Winter 2012 = 5% body weight on WW
-Summer 2015 = 1.5 stone + WW
-Early 2018 = 1.5 stone + SW
– September 19 – February 20 = 3.5 stone on a low carb diet
Then COVID hit and it’s been making gains ever since! Either way, you get the picture!!
