I’m back. I reversed most of my 2021 loss in 2022. I don’t know why I fell off the wagon. I don’t know how high I got because I half started a new diet and didn’t weigh myself. Last week I ate very well – mostly carnivorous with some dairy, two meals a day. I lost 4 lbs last week. I don’t know what my starting weight was in January because I was playing without a scale. I know my size 26 jeans get very baggy and almost fall off – when I filled them in earlier this month. I am now inetntional – mostly carnivorous keto. So more fat and protein, very low carb, mostly meat, fish and eggs with dairy.

I’m going to start a thread on Team 40 – as my goal is to lose at least 40 pounds by Christmas. Does anyone want to join me?
