Selena Gomez shared her subtle contour trick on TikTok

When it comes to makeup, Selena Gomez often seems to know something that I don’t. Whether it’s drugstore must-have beauty products, a nifty mascara trick for lower lashes, or the new Rare Beauty products, the beauty mogul always has something up her sleeve. Luckily for us, she’s ready to share. The latest Intel Selena is flat is a very simple yet effective outline hack.

Selena demonstrated her technique in a new Tiktok where she shared some everyday makeup. To start, Selena puts on Rare Beauty primer and concealer, especially around her eyes, nose and jawline. Next, she shaped and filled in her brows with the Rare Beauty Brow Harmony Shape & Fill duo.

Moving on, Selena grabs a stick of bronzer to show us her contouring method. She applies the product just under the cheekbones and along her forehead. Before blending, in upward strokes, she continues to blend only the bronzer to give it a lifted look.

After she’s done shaping her face, she uses the bronzer stick again on the outer parts of her eyelids, giving them some definition to accentuate the eyes. And just like that, she showed us how to do this – now potentially viral – outline hack without using words but just a finger point. It’s so simple.

Salt finished the look by adding just a little viral blush, highlight and setting powder from Rare Beauty. For the final step, Selena used Stay Vulnerable Glossy Lip Balm to give the look an extra pop of color. The end result was a soft glam look that’s perfect for late summer and early fall. With the video reaching over a million likes, it’s safe to say that we’re going to give this look a try, and this hack in particular. Thanks again, Selena Gomez.
