This special edition of “ActuElles” is dedicated to the Tour de France Women, which returns after more than twenty years of absence. The start will be under the Eiffel Tower on July 24, where 22 teams will embark on an eight-stage race that will end in eastern France. The return of this sporting event is proof that women’s cycling has developed (establishment of a minimum wage, increase in the creation of women’s teams, etc.) But as Marion Rousse, director of the Tour, says: “Even if we much degraded, there are things that remain to be valued”. The road is still long, but the enthusiasm and excitement of the riders as the turn approaches remains.
