The Invesco S&P 500 — Momentum ETF saw unusually high volume in afternoon trading Thursday, with more than 588,000 shares trading against a three-month average volume of around 26,000. SPMO shares rose around 0.3% on the day.
The components of this ETF with the highest volume on Thursday were Occidental Petroleum, down around 0.7% with more than 14.7 million shares traded so far this session, and Pfizer, up approximately 1.7% on a volume of more than 11.0 million shares. Eli Lilly was the best-performing component on Thursday, up around 4.6% on the day, while Factset Research Systems lagged other components of the Invesco S&P 500 — Momentum ETF, se trading down around 7.7%.
