Tessa Thompson made a glamorous arrival at the opening night of the Venice Film Festival on Wednesday.
The 38-year-old Thor star showed off her edgy fashion sense in a silver corset and black pencil skirt as she attended the White Noise premiere.
White Noise is an adaptation of the best-selling 1985 novel by American novelist Don DeLillo, with the film serving as a curtain raiser to the event before moving on to the New York Film Festival in September.

This year’s lineup will see the divisive biopic Blonde, starring Ana De Armas as tragic screen icon Marilyn Monroe, battle for the competition’s highest honor.
Brendan Fraser’s moving drama The Whale, where he plays an obese teacher, will also compete alongside films starring Cate Blanchett, Hugh Jackman and Colin Farrell.
Speaking about the event’s programming director, Alberto Barbera said: “The program is more varied than usual, placing established filmmakers alongside directors in search of confirmation and, above all, newcomers talent aspiring to international recognition”.
Tessa meanwhile has just finished production on Creed III and The Listener.
She is known for her roles in the Thor franchise and the Westworld television series.
