Wednesday 12/28 Insider Buying Report: EPD, PGRE

As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy: they expect to make money. So let’s look at two notable recent insider buys.

On Tuesday, Enterprise Products Partners director Carin Marcy Barth bought $119,950 of EPD, buying 5,000 shares at $23.99 apiece. Enterprise Products Partners is trading around 1% on Wednesday. Prior to this latest purchase, Barth purchased EPD on 2 other occasions over the past year, for a total investment of $558,304 at an average of $23.21 per share.

And on Friday, CEO and Chairman Albert P. Behler bought Paramount Group for $117,080, buying 20,000 shares at $5.85 apiece. Prior to this latest purchase, Behler made one other purchase in the past twelve months, buying $287,780 worth of shares at $5.76 apiece. Paramount Group is trading down around 1.9% on Wednesday.
