Oregon2022 Live Stream: The Oregon22 World Athletics Championships will be broadcast live on SONY TEN 2 channels in India as well as SPN’s OTT platform, SonyLIV.

The 2022 World Championships in Athletics will be the 18th edition of the World Championships in Athletics and will mark the first time the United States will host the sport’s most prestigious event.

The 10-day major sporting competition will host 2,000 athletes representing more than 200 nations. These athletes will compete in 49 athletic disciplines.

“We are pleased to have acquired the media rights of the Oregon22 World Championships in Athletics for India and the subcontinent. The Oregon22 World Championships in Athletics is expected to be a gathering of global athletes,” Rajesh Kaul, Director of Revenue, Distribution and Head of Sports Affairs, Sony Pictures Networks India, said.

“India is a large and growing market for athletics, partly due to the increased level of performance of Indian athletes at our major championships.

As a global organization, we want our sport to be accessible to athletics fans in every country in the world and this agreement with Sony Pictures Networks India will help us achieve that. Jon Ridgeon, CEO of World Athletics, said.

For India, Olympic javelin champion Neeraj Chopra will lead the country’s charge, leading a strong contingent that will include:
